We analyze your prospects’ engagement patterns across all marketing touchpoints in Marketo using self-service flow steps. Each positive interaction triggers data capture (clicks, views, timestamps) which our AI analyzes to create contextual intelligence summaries that syncs directly to Salesforce.
Traditional lead scoring tells you who’s engaged, but not what they care about. JTF’s AI Engagement Summary goes deeper to identify specific interests, content preferences, and engagement patterns that help sales teams personalize their outreach for higher conversion rates.
No, we do not use any PII when creating engagement summaries. For all of JTF’s products we utilise only the Person ID or Lead ID as the unique identifier, ensuring complete privacy compliance.
The system continuously learns from new engagement data. We regenerate summaries every 5-10 interactions (configurable based on your needs) and take previous summaries into account. We retain the last 50-75 activities per prospect, also configurable per client.
Implementation typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your existing Marketo configuration. We’ll work with you to configure the engagement weighting system and integrate the summary fields into your sales workflows.
